Find your spot number and towers on the coverage & lot map. Choose the tower your outdoor radio has the clearest line of sight to — that isn’t always the closest one.

Equipment

Transferring service from a previous owner? Provide their name so we can locate the account, and the modem number if you have it.

Found on a sticker on the router — format Tjs-Tolna-AirCube### (### is a 3-digit number).

Self-Install Kit *

You will receive two separate invoices: one for the hardware kit and one for your internet service.

Your internet service renews automatically every year on the anniversary of your activation date.

Network Outage & Maintenance Notifications *

Would you like email notifications about network outages and scheduled maintenance? If you opt in, we’ll send a confirmation email to verify your address.

Either way, you can check live network status anytime at status.dnamobility.net.

By signing up for DNA internet service you agree that:

  • You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
  • The service is provided for your own use at the address and campsite provided. You may not share, resell, extend, or redistribute your internet service to a neighbor or to any other lot, campsite, or party. If DNA discovers that service is being shared, DNA reserves the right to cancel your service immediately and without refund.
  • DNA may suspend or terminate service if you are found to breach any of these terms.
