DNA Mobility Consultants, Inc. operates https://www.dnamobility.net (the "Service"). This policy outlines how the company collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you use the Service.

Information Collection and Use

The company collects several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the Service.

Personal Data you provide through our forms may include: email address; first and last name; phone number; and billing or mailing address. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, provide and administer our services, and — only if you opt in — send network outage and maintenance notifications. You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time using the link in those emails.

Usage Data: Like most websites, our web servers may automatically record standard log information such as IP address, browser type and version, and pages visited, for security, troubleshooting, and diagnostic purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or visitor-profiling tools.

Cookies: The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies — a session cookie to maintain your session and a security (CSRF) cookie to protect form submissions. We do not use analytics, advertising, preference, or other tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

Use of Data

Collected data is used to provide and maintain the Service; notify users of Service changes; enable interactive features; provide customer support; improve the Service through analysis; monitor Service usage; detect and address technical issues; and provide news, special offers, and information about similar goods or services (unless opted out).

Transfer of Data

Personal Data may be transferred to computers outside your jurisdiction where data protection laws differ. Users located outside the United States consent to data transfer to and processing within the United States by submitting information. The company takes reasonably necessary steps to ensure secure data treatment.

Disclosure of Data

Personal Data may be transferred during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with notice provided beforehand. The company may disclose Personal Data if required by law or valid public authority requests, or when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect company rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, protect user and public safety, or protect against legal liability.

Security of Data

While the company strives to protect Personal Data through commercially acceptable means, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

Because we do not track visitors across websites or use third-party analytics, Do Not Track browser signals do not change how the Service behaves.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to help operate and deliver the Service (for example, website hosting and email delivery). These providers access information only as needed to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

QuickBooks Online Integration

We integrate with Intuit QuickBooks Online to bill customers for internet service, install kits, and optional hardware. When you sign up, we use the information you provide to create or update a customer record and to create and email an invoice in our QuickBooks Online company. The data involved includes your name, email address, phone number, billing/mailing address, and the products or services purchased.

How we connect: We connect to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 process. We do not see or store your QuickBooks sign-in credentials. We store the access and refresh tokens that Intuit issues — encrypted at rest — solely to maintain the connection, and access is limited to authorized administrators.

How we use it: We use QuickBooks data only to create and deliver invoices and to administer billing for your account. We do not sell QuickBooks data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Information transmitted to Intuit is also governed by Intuit's own privacy policy (available at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/).

Retention and disconnection: We retain the connection tokens until the integration is disconnected by an administrator, at which point the tokens are revoked with Intuit and deleted from our systems. Invoices and customer records created in QuickBooks are retained in the QuickBooks company account in accordance with our business and legal recordkeeping obligations. To request disconnection or deletion of data we control, contact us using the details below.

Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to non-operated third-party sites. The company is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices and advises reviewing each site's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not target anyone under 18. The company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents or guardians aware of child data submission should contact the company. If child data is discovered, the company removes it from servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The company may update this Privacy Policy periodically, posting changes on this page and notifying users via email or prominent Service notices before changes take effect. Users should review the policy periodically for updates.
